her co-found CrystalPerk International Research & Management Institute to help
organizations transform their performance. She is a qualified practitioner of the
Decalogue Management Methodology – a systemic approach to management based
on the theory of profound knowledge and the theory of constraints equips her to
provide training and consulting on the method.
She is a social scientist, leadership strategist and an inspiring consultant to executive boards, senior
leaders and C-suite executives. Prior to starting CIRMI, she worked and led numerous projects with Deloitte Consulting. She worked with African Technology Policy Studies Network (ATPS), Kenya Institute for Public Policy Research and Analysis (KIPPRA), Adam Smith International (ASI) working on broad base of projects.
Josiah Oduor

Josiah is a robust business transformation leader with extensive experience in entrepreneurship, market research and a qualified practitioner of the
Decalogue Management Methodology – a systemic approach to management based
on the theory of profound knowledge and the theory of constraints equips him to
provide training and consulting on the method. He is also a Citi Alumni.
Prior to co-founding CIRMI he worked with the best in the world of banking – Citibank. He is also a social entrepreneur with a passion for helping companies innovate, build business culture, leadership coaching and overall performance improvement.
Josiah has over 10 years experience working for multinational organizations such
as Citibank N.A in East Africa, for African Technology Policy Studies Network (ATPS
– The Best African Think-tank) and OLA Energy (3rd largest oil marketer in Kenya).

Peleg is an accomplished CEO with 30 years of worldwide business experience at CEO role, including 20 years as Co-founder and CEO of Lamina, a Swiss global industrial company. His life statement is - I know what it takes to start from Zero and succeed internationally.
He has extensive experience in entrepreneurship, leadership and international business backed by engineering and business education in leading universities. Over the years, he has developed deep and diverse international experiences in doing business and managing companies in all major countries in the world including in Europe, America and Asia. while bringing a strong understanding of how to do business in different cultures.
Due to his vast global experience, Peleg can make opportunities identification, vision and strategy definitions, followed with an inclusive and empowering management style. He is well recognized for global experience, dynamism and learning capacity, which he has used in his current work. He is capable of training in resilience and achieve goals despite adverse circumstances. Finally, he has a proven record of initiating and leading rounds of financing, acting as the main front person of the company to potential investors.
