Your team will have weekly 90-minute interactive sessions over the course of seven weeks. Each session focuses on a specific topic of your choice, and most sessions include an interactive case study and class discussion customized with content specific to your organization. Many sessions also include team project work and breakout sessions—with the opportunity to report out findings.
This corporate accelerator is designed for high-potential employees and/or mid-level managers. Senior-level managers are encouraged to lend support, select participants, and provide feedback on final presentations.

No matter their department or focus, your participants will come together to become an energized network within your organization. They will develop a shared vocabulary, entrepreneurial mindset, and set of practical tools to foster new ideas, find solutions, and increase impact. This way, your team’s individual professional growth can translate into growth and innovation across your organization.
You’ll choose six 90-minute sessions from any of the topics below. A CSE Faculty Director will work with you to select sessions and customize content. CSE experts also can custom-build topics to meet your exact needs. If desired, your curriculum can help your organization address a particular challenge or project. In the seventh session, participants make final presentations to senior leadership.
Choose Six Session Topics
This corporate accelerator, CSE-AGILE leadership training for managers and high-potential employees, is available across seven broad areas. Each bulleted session topic within these areas represents a 90-minute session. All sessions will implement business cases, scenarios, and more that are specific to your organization.
You need the right innovation and execution processes to achieve organizational impact; the process is the strategy. In this module, we look into two popular approaches to process design and execution: Lean and agile. Lean is a management framework of efficient planning and execution. Agile is a collaborative team approach to project management and strategy execution with analysis and execution working together.
Your organization’s Cohort Teams will discuss their challenge and the solutions they propose using the tools they have gained in this program. For example, addressing constituent involvement, utilizing media resources across silos, and building communication across departments to fully utilize resources.
Just because you discover a breakthrough idea doesn’t guarantee others will see as much value in it as you do. We will review principles for how to advance novel ideas through your organization and stakeholder network.
