Once we have identified a solution, we need a way to check that our solution will lead to desired outcomes and that it is complete. We also need to be able to identify and avoid potential unintended consequences that can interfere with the success of implementing our solution.

12-Month Calendar with 4-Month Business Growth Project

The program is divided into 4 learning modules (8 months), followed by a 4-month applied entrepreneurial project to create and launch an industry-relevant solution.

  • Module Assessments (40%): Each of the four modules includes practical assignments, case studies, and individual/group projects focused on the tools and methodologies learned in each module. These assignments contribute 10% each towards the final grade
