Our Founders

CrystalPerk Consulting is a strategy consulting firm based in Nairobi and Mombasa. Founded in 2015 by two former consultants from Deloitte and from Citibank. CrystalPerk Consulting was founded with the goal to help businesses and society in Africa to unlock their potential and reach maturity.
Hannah Adari, MIH
Founder & MD
Hannah’s passion for people and creating high-performing organisations led to her start CrystalPerk Consulting to address this problem and help businesses reach maturity.
She is a leadership strategist and an inspiring consultant to executive boards, senior leaders and C-suite executives. Prior to starting CrystalPerk Consulting, she worked and led numerous projects with Deloitte Consulting. She worked with African Technology Policy Studies Network (ATPS), Kenya Institute for Public Policy Research and Analysis, Adam Smith International working in African markets research holding positions in R&D and business development with major multinationals .
She holds a Masters degree in International health from University of Copenhagen, BSc. Biochemistry from University of Nairobi, Certificate in Women and Leadership from the European Business University Luxembourg and a Certificate in TV and Radio Production from Media Development in Africa.

Josiah Owiti
Co-founder & Director of Business Performance Improvement
Josiah is a robust business leader and an expert consultant having worked with the best in the world - Citibank. He is also a social entrepreneur. His passion for helping companies innovate, build business culture, leadership, performance and results led to him co-found CrystalPerk Consulting.
He is a business performance improvement expert. Prior to CrystalPerk Consulting, Josiah had 10 years experience working for multinational organizations such as OLA Energy, African Technology policy studies network (ATPS) and Citibank N.A.
He attended University of Nairobi where he received his Bsc. Biochemistry degree with a major in Nutritional Biochemistry.
He is a business performance improvement expert. Prior to CrystalPerk Consulting, Josiah had 10 years experience working for multinational organizations such as OLA Energy, African Technology policy studies network (ATPS) and Citibank N.A.
He attended University of Nairobi where he received his Bsc. Biochemistry degree with a major in Nutritional Biochemistry.
