The International Research & Management Centre (IRMC) offers a platform for conducting multi-disciplinary management training programmes to corporates, not-for-profit, and government institutions. The Kizingo campus, nestled in lush greens (within the prestigious Kizingo neighbourhood that boasts hosting the Presidential Palace), provides multiple training venues, multi-purpose halls and accommodation for up to 1,000 delegates and dignitaries. Housed with all modern amenities befitting a premier institution, The IRMC also has a library, space for recreational activities, and a club house.

Delegation Visits

The IRMC is a popular destination for business delegations visiting Kenya for tours, seminars and exposure to a wide range of innovations and startups. Visits to the centre typically include lectures, discussions and activities based on the principles of the Decalogure. The aim of such visits is to provide an opportunity to learn more about the Decalogue Management Methodology and its applications in improving organizational performance. “Work hard, party harder” is our moto! Conference & Meeting rooms

Our centre is proud to host a variety of Conference Rooms for a variety of meeting needs: A flexible space for training, meetings, product launches, press briefs, presentations, receptions and dinners.With a total of six spaces that can host conferences and meetings of up to 1,000 people at a time.

We have rooms in our first floor and second floors, our rooftops, the room’s large windows provide generous daylight and fine views over the CrystalPerk Gardens.The spaces are equipped with a large decorative lighting, innovative hybrid event technology to help reach a wider audience and facilitate collaboration between delegates from across the world, allowing them to interact and engage with the event.

Outdoors & Garden spaces

The garden arena is our largest corporate space. Set in a grand, landscaped garden with sprawling lawns, it is ideal for a big event. All three garden spaces fit together seamlessly, catering for welcome drinks and canapés, sumptuous lunches or dinners for luncheons or conferences.Events can be held under the open skies or under a marquee or Bedouin tent. A highly versatile space,it allows for almost any corporate event to play out, especially conferences, team building experiences and year-end parties.

Restaurant services

Our food and service is provided by our dedicated catering company: Mizizi Club House. They design,plan and cater for all our events with attention to detail, ingenuity and imagination. Mizizi Club House creates seasonal menus using sustainably and ethically-sourced ingredients, and buys from small, local, independent suppliers where possible. Our catering team can make various recommendations to complement your meal.

Audio-visual services

We offer state-of-the-art audio-visual facilities. This include projectors and sound equipment. Also we able to provide a number of webcasting solutions, filming and recording options.Our audio-visual team is based in-house and will provide guidance and technical support to ensure the success of your event. A member of the team will meet you at the start of your event to ensure you feel confident with the equipment that you are using.
